Monica Messer - President Database and Technology Monica was the Chief Operations Officer at infoGroup and spent 25 years in various leadership positions where she was known as the industry's pioneer in creating long term product roadmaps and company strategies to bring leading edge solutions to small business owners and sales people. She led all aspects of brands such as SalesGenie.com, InfoUSA.com, ReferenceUSA.com, DirectoriesUSA.com, and Polk City Directories. Most recently, she was the President of infoGoup's Data Group - a $300 million division dedicated to the small business sector.

Monica was instrumental in growing infoGroup, formerly known as infoUSA, from $2 million in sales in 1982 to over $600 million in sales in 2007. She guided the product and technology strategy that led to marketing solutions used by over 5 million customers worldwide.

Since taking a leadership of infofree.com, she is leading the company to - once again - revolutionize the way small businesses find new customers. He played an integral role in the growth strategy of infoGroup with responsibility for the acquisition of over 40 companies since 1992. These acquisitions allowed the company to become a one-stop-shop for the vast array of sales solutions available in the marketplace. Fred's leadership at infoGroup helped sales people and businesses grow their sales and profits.

At infofree.com, Fred leads all aspects of sales, marketing and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. He has continued his executive education through Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School.

Erich Kaiser - Director of Product & Development After graduating from the University of Nebraska with a Business Management degree in 1988 Erich has been in the database Industry for over 23 years successfully building products and services paired with assembling some of the finest teams to skillfully maintain the highest standards in data quality and customer service. Erich has driven significant sales growth by developing and promoting customized products and services that provide clients supplemental intelligence surrounding their single most valuable asset also known as their customer database.

TJ Hyman - Vice President of Sales, Enterprise DivisionAs former Enterprise Sales Executive at Infogroup, Hyman has a wealth of experience in the marketing information industry. In his 12+ years at the database marketing company, he consistently demonstrated the ability to increase revenue, manage large customer relationships, and effectively manage sales teams.

Prior to his position as Enterprise Sales Executive, Hyman spent several years in sales management as the Western Regional Vice President. Throughout his career at his previous employer, he was recognized as a top performer and received numerous sales and management awards.

Hyman is responsible for sales and management of Database101's Enterprise Division. His focus is on providing full service database marketing solutions to large customers. Hyman, originally from New Hampshire, has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire. He currently resides in southern California.

Brad Roselle - Vice President of Sales & Customer ServiceBrad was the Director of Special Projects at infoGroup and spent 10 years in various leadership positions. There he served a vital role in the areas of sales training and event marketing. He trained over 400 sales executives and coordinated hundreds of tradeshows, sponsorships, special events, and strategic partnerships. Brad's energy, enthusiasm and love for providing successful multi-channel marketing solutions to businesses helped infoGroup become an industry leader.

At Database101 Brad manages the full-service sales force and client services group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Brad enjoys all sports and was a professional skier for 15 years in Colorado before moving to Omaha.
